Our client is a leading iGaming solutions provider offering a comprehensive range of products for online casinos and sportsbooks, including game aggregation, payment integration, licensing support and turnkey platform development. The company specializes in innovative technologies such as AI-powered analytics and crypto-friendly systems, serving clients across Europe, Asia and Latin America. As the business continues to scale and expand into new regulated markets, we are now looking for a proactive Sales Team Leader who will strengthen the company’s legal foundation and support its international growth. Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales At least 1 year of experience managing a sales team Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating sales teams Proven ability to build a pipeline and close commercial deals Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of 10 sales managers, ensuring performance, motivation, and professional growth Drive sales of the company’s iGaming platform solutions, including casino and sportsbook infrastructure Develop and execute B2B sales strategies focused on acquiring operators and platform partners Identify new operators interested in launching or upgrading their gaming platforms Guide clients through the full sales cycle, including product presentation, platform capabilities, commercial negotiation, and contract signing Build and maintain long-term relationships with operators, platform partners, and key industry stakeholders Work closely with product, marketing, and integration teams to align platform capabilities with client needs Represent the company at international exhibitions, conferences, and industry events to promote platform solutions and generate new business opportunities Full-time employment (40 hours per week), 4 weeks of paid vacation + sick days and family days Flexible morning start (7:30–10:00 AM) Professional development opportunities Personalized business coaching Regular corporate events, trips, and team buildings Free snacks in the office Opportunity to grow within a dynamic international software company
