As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in driving our vision forward by leading a passionate team committed to creating joyful and memorable experiences for our visitors. Your leadership will ensure that every team member is motivated, engaged, and delivering incredible customer service, whilst also making sure standards, procedures and daily tasks and operations are met to the highest standards. We’re looking for someone who is dedicated to making a positive impact and inspiring others to do the same!

WORKING WITH US (TO BE BESPOKE TO AREA TEAM LEADER IS IN)

You’ll be guiding and supporting both Sales team, across our Admissions and Shop areas. These teams are the first and last point of contact for our visitors, so we’re looking for someone who can create outstanding first impressions and keep things running smoothly.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail or sales environment and knows how to motivate an energetic team. If you’ve got a strong background in customer service, sales, or visitor experience then we’d love to hear from you! Experience in stock control, cash handling, health & safety, or team training is a big plus, but what matters most is your energy, people skills, and drive to deliver results.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Inspiring and coaching a team to create a fun, positive work vibe that keeps everyone engaged
  • Helping to create incredible customer experiences
  • Keeping everything running smoothly by constantly reviewing operations to minimise wait times and maximise fun
  • Always thinking outside the box to challenge the “norm” when it comes to Health & Safety standards
  • Working in collaboration with Department Managers
  • Keeping tabs on stock – from managing ordering to rotating, and taking stock counts
