This is a sales-first position where you’ll work directly with local businesses in and around Wilmington, helping them find solutions that meet their needs and building strong relationships within your territory. As you gain experience and reach performance milestones, you’ll have the opportunity to grow into leadership and take on more responsibility within the team.

WHO YOU ARE

• Self motivated, dependable, and looking for a long term career path
• Comfortable starting conversations and building rapport quickly
• Open to learning and willing to follow a proven system
• Organized and able to manage your time independently
• Background in sales, sports, service, or team leadership is a plus but not required

• Manage an assigned local territory and meet face to face with business owners and decision makers.
• Present options clearly and confidently in one-on-one meetings
• Build lasting relationships and follow up with new and existing accounts
• Track your progress and client interactions using our CRM tools
• Participate in hands on training, including leadership development and weekly meetings.
