KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Support the Inside Sales Manager to drive performance & build a supportive & collaborative Sales culture.
  • Assist in the successful on-boarding of new Sales colleagues.
  • Oversee work for quality & guideline compliance.
  • Communicate deadlines & sales goals to team members.
  • Assist in team meetings to update members on best practices & continuing expectations.
  • Lead team in times of Management absenteeism.
  • Present to stakeholders & senior Management within Digital Sales when required.
  • Promote a positive environment & atmosphere with the right attitude on a daily basis.

MUST HAVE TECHNICAL / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Languages other than English beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

In this role you will lead a team of 6-7 Digital Sales Executives and ensure that the team achieve the Vodafone Business Digital Sales KPI’s, focusing on the coaching and development of your team members. You will be responsible for delivering against sales targets, ensuring systematic pipeline build and ensuring customers and prospects have positive experiences in their interactions with Vodafone. You will work closely with the Inside Sales Manager through to the Sales Operations team to ensure regular reporting and stakeholder engagement, and will be proficient and comfortable developing people internally to the next level of their career. In this role, it is essential to have a good knowledge and understanding of the business segment, with the ability to devise and deliver on specific plans and initiatives throughout the year.
