Job Description Sales Manager – Bellshill As we continue to expand our sales operations, we are looking for a driven, hands-on Sales Manager to join our Bellshill site. This is a key leadership role within an already established and talented sales team. We need someone who can lead from the front, inspire high performance, and create a culture of accountability, consistency, and ambition. You will be responsible for managing your own team, monitoring all KPIs, driving activity standards, and ensuring your people have the structure, coaching and support they need to succeed. Alongside this, you will work closely with the Head of Sales and play an active role in supporting the wider Bellshill operation, sharing best practice and helping elevate performance across other teams when needed. This is a site with huge potential and strong foundations already in place. We are looking for a leader who can bring energy, resilience, and clear direction—someone who can build momentum quickly, drive growth, and help shape the next stage of our journey.
