Job Title: Sales Team Manager (SDR)
Location: Commutable to Reading
Salary: £40-45k + £18k (uncapped) commission + benefits

Our mission is to enhance business efficiency and effectiveness by eliminating manual processes and elevating our clients’ visibility into their company’s expenditure.
We’re a growing business and we now have a number of exciting opportunities in our Sales team.

Responsibilities
  • Working closely with the Marketing Manager and other Sales Managers to plan and develop marketing plans which increase brand awareness.
  • Implement and track key sales metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and manage reporting systems for sales forecasting and performance tracking.
  • Set team objectives and ensure alignment with broader company goals.
  • Recruit, train and optimise a team of SDRs responsible for inbound and outbound sales engagements.

To be considered for this exciting role candidates will have:

  • A proven track record in B2B consultative sales.
  • Experience of working in a SaaS business is beneficial.
  • The ability to deal with a variety of challenges, innovate and think on your feet.
  • Good commercial acumen.
  • The ability to influence, negotiate and build rapport.
