WTWH Media is seeking a Sales Team Manager to develop and lead a team of Account Managers (AM) responsible for selling business-to-business media. This position requires a Chicago-based candidate with experience in coaching and leading high-performing media sales teams. The Sales Team Manager will deliver training experiences designed to achieve measurable results. This hybrid work role involves hiring, managing, and mentoring a team of AMs who interact with numerous companies and agencies across the US. Creativity, energy, and the ability to manage and support a diverse team are necessary for success.
The ideal candidate will be adept in both coaching and selling environments—capable of equipping teams with the skills needed for success. This Sales Team Manager role will lead a team of Account Managers focused on re-engaging clients and driving new business development. A professional presence, a successful selling track record and a collaborative approach are essential. Additionally, this role involves maintaining proficiency with our tech stack, learning management systems, and internal tools, as well as leading efforts to update sales teams as platforms and processes change.
