About The Role As a Sales Technology Enablement Specialist, you’ll work closely with our Sales teams to understand their processes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Reporting into the Head of Information Technology, you’ll act as a trusted partner to identify, scope, and implement tooling and workflow improvements that drive efficiency and reduce friction in the sales process. You’ll work side-by-side with technology specialists in managing our Salesforce and Genesys environments to translate business needs into clear technical requirements and helping implement automation across the sales technology stack. You’ll also be empowered to evaluate new solutions and enhancements that boost productivity and simplify operations for our Sales teams. What You'll Be Doing - Partner with Sales leadership and team members to understand daily workflows, struggles, and improvement opportunities. - Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications for Salesforce, Genesys, DocuSign and other sales tools. - Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual processes, especially in areas like contract management, identity workflows, and customer engagement. - Collaborate with internal engineers and external vendors to evaluate and implement new sales technology solutions. - Be responsible for the sales tooling backlog and prioritise improvements in partnership with Sales, IT, and other interested parties. - Support minor configuration, or testing where appropriate across the sales technology ecosystem. - Champion data quality and consistent processes to enable better reporting and forecasting. - Provide guidance and training to Sales team members and help them make the most of the tools available. - Support the Sales team during the pre-sales process by providing technical guidance, answering platform-related questions, and ensuring confidence in our communication systems and capabilities. Desired Skills & Experience Salesforce (Core CRM) or similar platform - Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud features (e.g. Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Tasks) - Understanding of custom objects, fields, Flows, and basic automation - Ability to create reports and dashboards - Basic knowledge of Apex or SOQL is a plus (not required but advantageous for understanding dev team outputs) Genesys Cloud (or similar Contact Centre Platform) - Understanding of call flows, agent routing, queue management, and reporting - Knowledge of how to integrate Genesys with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce CTI integration) \n \n Our Culture & Benefits Our values have stood the test of time.
