JOB DESCRIPTION:

Do you have a strong background in technology support? Are you interested in driving digital adoption and supporting Retail Advice & Solutions distribution channels? Reporting to the Sales Tools manager, the Sales Tools coordinator provides user access and management business access support to Distribution Channel Users to enable successful use of to be successful in using digital tools. The incumbent in this role will assist the Digital adoption team (SLFD Sales Tools Manager and Digital Consultants) to provide support through tool case management aiding in increasing adoption of technology.
A key objective is to support the Digital Adoption strategy and improve Distribution Channel users knowledge, skill, and access of digital tools by providing reactive business application support .

Responsibilities
  • Provide business application user access and management support on tools and capabilities that are part of the Advisor Digital Tool Kit.Core tools include;
  • Salesforce.com for Advisors CRM
  • Zoom
  • Microsoft Office 365
  • eSignature (OneSpan)
  • Champion the ongoing business support for the effective use and application of these tools for Sun Life Advisors and their teams
  • Liaise with Advisor Technology Services (technical support) teams to monitor and evaluate issues/gaps that create potential opportunities for the sales force.
  • Provide business application support for the Sales Tools team, internal business teams and the sales force as needed
  • Support development and updates of knowledge bases for existing tools the team supports
