Your Mission As our Sales Tools & Technology Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring our global legal entities are optimally positioned on customer purchasing platforms. Your work will directly impact the volume and quality of incoming sales opportunities across our diverse markets.
Tasks

Platform Excellence: Ensure the best possible presentation of our companies across various platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, iSource, NQC, Avetta, WeBuy, just to name a few - in line with our platform strategy

  • Innovation & Evaluation: Identify and assess new platforms to expand our digital footprint
  • Efficiency & Automation: Develop and implement best practices for platform utilization, including automation and process improvements
  • Community Engagement: Support and engage our Sales Community working with those platforms globally
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments (Legal, Sustainability, Occupational Health & Safety) and technical contacts on the customer side

  • Qualifications

Experience in platform management, procurement, sales, or tender management, ideally in an international environment

  • Familiarity with B2B customer portals such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, iSource, NQC, Avetta, WeBuy, etc., is a strong advantage
  • Proven project management experience and the ability to efficiently coordinate and optimize processes
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to strategically advise and support a wide range of stakeholders (Very) good German and English skills; additional languages are a plus
