Description

- Initiate direct contact to potential customers in order to provide the services and can go with technician or expert. - Continually collect, analyze and monitor information from customers in order to improve the performance of customer satisfaction. - Introduce new products and services to our customers - Be the center of the network between Sales, Customer and production department. - Communicate by email with customers to find out their specific requirements in order to offer solutions, prices, and timeline of the products - Prepare Order Confirmation, and Order Status report to customers and Shipping document. - Coordinate with sales and production department regarding to the order status, artwork status, scheduling, and any update information in order to deliver the goods according to the customer’s requirements - Tracking production order status , inform order progress and delivery plan to customers. - Source and compare the price of Freight Forwarder services - Support sales task (Quotation) during over trip
