Your Role in Our Story: In essence, your role involves Leading and managing the trading of biomethane quotas, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies to expand our impact. Providing expert insights and staying ahead of legal and market developments related to biomethane quotas and renewable energy. Maximizing revenue from biomethane trading by leveraging our existing network and spotting new market opportunities. Supporting the registration process with environmental authorities, facilitating seamless trading transactions. Collaborating closely with the trading team, aligning on strategy, and sharing valuable market intelligence. Your Expertise: To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and attributes Fluency in both Italian and English. A Bachelor’s/Master's, preferably in Business, Economics, or Finance; Minimum of 3 years’ experience in emissions trading, renewable energy certificates, or related environmental commodities. Deep understanding of the Fuel Quality Directive (FQD) and biomethane quota regulations. Proven success in trading with a strong revenue generation track record. Exceptional analytical skills and comfort with complex regulatory details. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member.
