  • Participate in a 90-day, immersive training program that teaches you the foundations of consulting, tech sales, and recruiting
  • Build and own your sales pipeline – generating leads, engage hiring managers, and closing new client business
  • Connect top-tier tech professionals with high-impact opportunities
  • Experiment, test, and innovate new ways to attract clients and candidates
  • Collaborate with a high-performance team focused on client success and margin growth
  • Leverage modern tools (CRM, ATS, AI, and more) and your own creativity to outperform your peers and scale your impact

What You’ll Get*

  • Paid training during the first 90 days from $7.25/hour plus performance bonuses
  • First-year earning potential of $60K–$80K+, with six-figure potential in year two and beyond
  • Clear promotion path to full-time status with a base salary up to $30K plus uncapped commissions
