Job Description Key responsibilities: Universal Slate Management Coordinated internal and external communication regarding film slate release dates. Ensured timely and accurate dissemination of release information to both office teams and market stakeholders. Release Schedule & Competitive Analysis Managed and updated the release schedule document, including both company and competitors’ release dates. Conducted analysis of our titles and competitive landscape to support strategic positioning. Distributed updated reports to external partners. MAGIC System Management Maintained and updated internal MAGIC system with current release dates for both company and competitor titles. Tracking & Market Insights Updated internal tracking reports with awareness and interest metrics for company and competitor titles. Monitored performance indicators to support data-driven decision-making. Sales Support Provided ongoing support to the Sales team in preparation for and during film releases. Qualifications Basic Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong team player with a collaborative mindset and proven ability to work effectively in group environments.
