Job Description Role Overview: The Sales Trainee will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to gain practical exposure to field operations and agribusiness practices. Key Responsibilities: 1) Supporting sales and marketing initiatives in the assigned territory 2) Working closely with Territory Managers on field activities 3) Create knowledge pool to support marketing to position the product in right geographies with effective product value communication 4) Cross functional co-ordination: work closely with Sales (TM/MDO)s to execute various agronomic/ product developmental activities with sales / Marketing (PM). 5) Assisting in product demonstrations and farmer engagement activities 6) Collecting market intelligence and insights from the field 7) Gaining hands-on exposure to sales operations and advisory Capabilities: Good communication skills to express the outcomes of the initiatives undertaken and their impact on business success Ability to learn, a team player and passionate to serve farming communities.
