Cartrack, a global smart mobility SaaS leader, is looking for a Software Trainer to train, coach, and support sales teams on Cartrack’s software and fleet management solutions. The role focuses on delivering technical and sales training, creating engaging learning materials, and improving sales performance through coaching and feedback. The Software Trainer will also stay updated on product enhancements, industry trends, and competitor offerings. Key Responsibilities: Train sales teams on Cartrack’s software solutions and fleet management technology. Simplify and explain technical features in an easy-to-understand manner. Deliver sales enablement training covering the full B2B sales cycle. Design and conduct workshops, webinars, and onboarding sessions. Coach and mentor sales representatives to improve skills and performance. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product updates and industry trends. Requirements: Experience in B2B sales, preferably within SaaS or technology solutions. Strong understanding of software platforms and sales processes. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Proven ability to train, coach, and motivate sales teams. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for learning and development.
