Responsibilities - Develop and deliver sales and product training using multiple eLearning and communication platforms - Constantly collaborate with country stakeholders for gathering training needs analysis, field observation, and learning intervention - Serve as the single point of contact for all sales and product training programs/contents for internal and external consumption within Thailand. - Manage and execute training programs for new hires, as well as existing sales force, aiming to boost sales performance and improve process execution. - Perform field evaluations with trainees to better train them with feedback from the live scenarios. - Evaluate sales performance, analyze the performance gaps and determine training needs for sales individuals and teams. - Improve training effectiveness by developing new approaches, techniques and making support readily available. Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in any field - 5-7 years of of experience in Sales training - Strong passion for Sales, proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn - Good command in communication, facilitation skills with demonstrated, presentation skills, with a solid understanding of Software - Proficient in computer skills especially MS Office - Own car and valid driving license - Strong command of English Work Location: 66 Tower, Bangna (BTS Udomsuk, exit 2)
