Description of the role:
Firkins CDJR is seeking a dynamic Sales Trainer to join our team in Bradenton, FL. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for developing training programs to enhance the sales skills of our team members and drive performance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales training programs
• Assess the training needs of sales staff
• Provide coaching and feedback to improve sales performance
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques and processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
