Als Sales Trainer bei Lightspeed liegt dein Fokus auf der Identifikation und Förderung von Talenten, der Einarbeitung neuer Vertriebsmitarbeitender sowie der kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung unseres Vertriebsteams. Dein Ziel ist es, Schulungsbedarfe zu erkennen und entsprechende Maßnahmen zu entwickeln, um die Fähigkeiten und Leistung des Vertriebsteams in der EMEA-Region nachhaltig zu verbessern.
Durch individuelles Coaching, die Gestaltung von Trainingseinheiten für Teams und Einzelpersonen sowie die Erstellung von Schulungsmaterialien spielst du eine zentrale Rolle bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Vertriebskräfte und unterstützt sie dabei, ihre Ziele zu erreichen.
