In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging, effective training programs that help our sales team and partners reach their full potential. You will also create and maintain resources such as guides, scripts, and training tools.

Job Description:
· Train and develop sales staff on product knowledge, sales tools, and sales techniques
· Design and deliver customized training for multiple clients and sales channels, as well as new tools/programs to accelerate team learning
· Deliver orientation modules on compliance for new hires and provide appropriate mentorship
· Support the sales team during new product launches with targeted training
· Lead pre-training calls to discuss expectations and travel guidelines
· Manage post-training follow-ups: grading assessments, sending signed documents to HR, and communicating the final participant list to relevant departments
· Conduct field observations to identify areas for improvement and best practices; share findings with the training manager and sales supervisors
· Perform other related duties as assigned
Performance Measures:
· Design training materials that promote adult learning (objectives, teaching strategies, delivery materials, evaluation methods, course plans)
· Provide complete and accurate reports at the end of each training session to ensure a thorough onboarding process
· Carry out 2 to 4 hours of field observations each month
Qualifications:
· Excellent command of English & French (oral and written)
· Good knowledge of the mobile phone industry
· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Business Administration, or a related field
· 3 to 5 years of successful training experience, ideally in direct marketing/telecommunications
· Strong experience in employee performance improvement
· Ability to work independently with sound judgment
· Excellent priority management and customer service skills
· Creativity in designing training programs using technological tools
· Ability to apply a consultative sales approach that overcomes objections and meets business needs
· Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills
· Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint
· Experience with online training tools (Captivate, Flash, Knowledge Planet, etc.)
· Availability for frequent travel
