Job Description: Develop and deliver sales and product training using multiple eLearning and communication platforms. Constantly collaborate with country stakeholders for gathering training needs analysis, field observation and learning intervention. Serve as the Regional point of contact for all sales and product training programs/contents for internal and external consumption within the region. Manage and execute training programs for new hires, as well as existing sales force, aiming to boost sales performance and, improve process execution. Evaluate sales performance, analyze the performance gaps and determine training needs for sales individuals and teams. Improve training effectiveness by developing new approaches, techniques and making support readily available. Expertise to handle training for Telesales & Sales Executive. Qualification: Minimum of 3 years in learning and development and/or sales training. Experience in training TELESALES, SALES, CLIENTS, etc. Facilitation skills, with demonstrated self-confidence. An ability to adapt content and conversation to meet the needs of the audience. Good command of English is a MUST. Able to join ASAP.
