Job Description Responsible for Region I area, including Jabodetabek, Sumatera, Jabar Conduct training to all sales team members on client sites. Create training programs to support sales activities and productivity. Monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure effective implementation and increased sales productivity. Develop and update training materials including slide decks, FAQs, case studies, and assessment modules. Ensure training materials and information are up to date and available at all times (Note: Training materials will be standardized and provided by Head Office). Collaborate with PIC Trainers to identify relevant training needs and implement them effectively. Maintain training equipment in good condition. Organize and support regional teams with training logistics. Ensure that all marketing materials in the field are installed properly and comply with standards. Work closely with Placement and Business Team to align training with business objectives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, Marketing, Marketing Communication, Public Relations or related field. Minimum 3 years experience in the field of training; experience in smartphone related training is an advantage, proven by a strong track record. Have good analytical, public relations and problem solving skills. Expertise in providing similar training programs. Proficiency in presentation techniques (speak clearly, manage a training session, classroom, or in-store environment). Ability to manage pre- and post-training evaluations. Strong understanding of technical and soft skills training, as well as Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Team player and able to work under pressure. Strong leadership,proactive, independent, and willing to travel on business. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office(MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Confident public speaker with excellent communication, storytelling ability, and provide motivation to sales team members
