We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sales Trainer to help elevate our sales team’s performance and drive our continued success.

Responsibilities
  • Identify gaps and opportunities in existing sales toolkit to support the design, development, and delivery of comprehensive sales training programs, including onboarding, product knowledge and advanced sales techniques.
  • Create engaging support materials, such as 1-pagers, manuals, e-learning modules, FAQs, and role-play exercises.
  • Facilitate in-person, virtual training sessions, and one-on-one sales coaching.
  • Work with Team Leaders to support the embedding of training on desk.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with Team Leaders and managers to align training initiatives with business goals and sales strategies.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and new training methodologies to continuously improve training programs.
  • Provide ongoing support and mentorship to sales team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
