Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Trainer / Learning & Development Coach to support and develop our motivated teams across various departments. This role will focus on delivering newly created training resources, conducting group and one-to-one sessions, and ultimately improving the overall performance of our enthusiastic team. You will work closely with the Head of Operations but also maintain a high degree of autonomy, ensuring that training initiatives are implemented effectively and consistently through your innovative strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Training Materials:

Provide structured training sessions to new staff members, ensuring they quickly

understand our consultative sales approach and can apply it effectively.

  • Ongoing Coaching & Development:

Conduct weekly one-to-one training sessions and group workshops with existing team
members, refining their skills, enhancing their use of LinkedIn for selling, and

improving their email marketing and cold outreach techniques.

  • Consultative Sales & Tools Proficiency:

Equip staff with knowledge on consultative sales methodologies, LinkedIn selling

strategies, and effective email outreach to potential clients.

  • Collaboration & Reporting:

Report directly to the Head of Operations while working independently to identify
training needs, measure training effectiveness, and continually refine the learning
materials.

Requirements:

  • Proven Sales Leadership Experience:

Demonstrable experience as an effective sales leader, ideally within professional

services. Experience in the legal sector or working with law firms is an advantage.

  • Teaching & Coaching Skills:

A strong background in training, learning, or coaching, capable of engaging different

learning styles and skill levels.

  • Organisational Ability:

Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet

deadlines, and maintain systematic training records.

  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

Excellent communication skills, fostering positive relationships with trainees and

colleagues. Able to give constructive feedback that motivates and develops staff.

  • Attention to Detail & Accuracy:

A meticulous approach to designing and delivering training content, ensuring all

information is current, accurate, and aligned with company standards.

  • Team-Oriented & Independent:

Comfortable working both autonomously and collaboratively, adapting to a fast-paced

environment.

  • Preferred Experience:

Exposure to the legal sector and familiarity with law firms would be beneficial.

Working Hours & Conditions:

  • Initial Schedule (First Two Weeks):

Monday to Thursday: 09:00 - 18:00

Friday: 09:00 - 16:00

  • Flexible Hours (After Two Weeks):

Start between 07:30-09:30.
8 hours Monday to Thursday, 6 hours on Friday.

Choice of a 30-minute or one-hour lunch break.
