Responsibilities

JOB ROLE -

To design, deliver, and manage training programs that enhance the skills, product knowledge, and sales capabilities of the sales team. The role ensures continuous learning, improved sales effectiveness, and alignment of training initiatives with organizational growth objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement sales training programs, including onboarding, product training, soft skills, and advanced sales techniques.
  • Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) in collaboration with sales leadership to identify gaps and create targeted learning interventions.
  • Design training materials, modules, and assessments tailored to different levels of the sales team.
  • Deliver engaging classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance improvement metrics.
  • Partner with product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure accurate and updated content delivery.
  • Maintain training records, reports, and dashboards to track participation and impact.
  • Coach and mentor sales staff individually to strengthen performance and address development needs.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, training methodologies, and digital learning tools.
  • Support the implementation of a continuous learning culture across the sales function.
