As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Regional Dental Sales Trainer to help drive our growth and support our clinical teams across multiple practices.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven track record in dental, medical, or healthcare sales.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Experience delivering training or coaching to teams (ideally in a clinical setting).
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regionally.
• Passion for healthcare and helping practices grow.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and proactive individual to play a key role in our business development strategy. As a Regional Dental Sales Manager, you will be responsible for increasing sales performance across multiple practices, building long-term relationships, and supporting teams through tailored product training and business support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive revenue growth across practices by promoting key services, treatments, and membership plans.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the region.
• Visit practices regularly to monitor sales performance and implement strategies for improvement.
• Provide in-practice training and support to dental teams to boost treatment uptake and enhance patient experience.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams to align goals and campaigns.
• Monitor KPIs and generate regular performance reports for senior management.
• Represent Yorkshire Dental Suite at industry events and networking opportunities.
