• Design, develop and facilitate leadership and continuing education programs for Fiserv sales organizations
• Partner with product, process & sales enablement subject matter experts to ensure continuous updates to all content within new hire and continuing education programs.
• Partner with Instructional Developer to assist in the design and development of digital content, facilitation, and assessments.
• Evaluate program feedback and align results via performance consulting with Sales/Service Leadership and other stakeholders.
• Drive strategic outcomes aligned to key segment initiatives for desired competencies and skills.
