Your responsibilities will include: ● Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or related field ● Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, sales training, clinical education, and/or marketing within a corporate or healthcare environment ● Demonstrated expertise in training strategy, content development, and/or classroom facilitation ● Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and collaborate effectively across teams and functions ● Strong project management skills with keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple initiatives ● Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, including executive-level presentation capabilities ● Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel ● Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry ● Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design principles ● Familiarity with LMS platforms and digital learning tools, including Salesforce.com ● Deep understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and consultative selling techniques ● Prior experience in quota-carrying sales or sales leadership roles Requisition ID: 621637 Minimum Salary: $ 102100 Maximum Salary: $ 194000 Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs.
