Hanover, PA (with regular travel to Plymouth Meeting, PA) Up to 50% Travel Required
L2 Brands is looking for a dynamic, energetic, and people-savvy Sales Training Manager to elevate the performance of our growing sales team. Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Sales Training Manager, you’ll lead onboarding and continuous training for our sales teams across the Destination, College, Golf, and Corporate channels. You’ll deliver high-impact training on everything from product knowledge and sales tools to CRM systems and company processes — all designed to help our reps hit the ground running and stay ahead.
You’ll also work closely with Sales VPs, Sales Ops, Marketing, and Customer Service to keep training relevant, timely, and effective.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and deliver engaging onboarding programs for new sales reps.
  • Train in-person and virtually on L2 Brands’ products, decoration techniques, pricing policies, and sales tools.
  • Support CRM (HubSpot) training and administration.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure reps have access to the latest tools, resources, and best practices.
  • Travel up to 50% to support in-field training and rep development.
  • Continually improve training based on feedback, performance data, and business needs.
