Description:We’re looking for a strategic and experienced Sales Training Manager (STM) to lead the design, delivery, and continuous innovation of our learning and development programs for a high-performing commercial sales organization.
This is more than just a training role — we need a learning and development leader who can drive real behavioral change, close capability gaps, and equip our salesforce with the clinical knowledge, strategic selling skills, and leadership development they need to win in a competitive healthcare landscape.
You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Product Development, and Operations to ensure that all training programs align with business goals, field needs, and performance KPIs. You’ll take ownership of programs across the entire employee lifecycle — from new hire onboarding to advanced sales methodology, coaching, and continuous learning.
This role will include direct people management and may include the oversight of field trainers, with a strong focus on building a culture of learning, coaching, and development across the commercial team.
