• Deliver dynamic, gamified induction training for new sales hires - complete with interactive weekly & monthly workshops.
• Design impactful ongoing coaching programs that keep our team sharp, competitive, and closing deals.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers and Directors to pinpoint skill gaps and drive performance improvements.
• Train teams on Salesforce and best-in-class sales techniques to maximize output.
• Keep training materials current, practical, and aligned with our global growth goals.
• Analyze training effectiveness and continuously refine delivery for maximum impact.
