About the role You will be responsible for providing training support for our dealer network in the Belux market. Key Responsibilities: Plan, organize, schedule and conduct sales and product training programs with dealers. Support training and knowledge sessions as and when needed. Apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness Track and report on training completion and outcomes Evaluate and make recommendations on training material and methodology Organize logistics for training sessions and events including venues and equipment. Establish and maintain relationships with external training suppliers as required Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment Collaborate with Aftersales team for a consistent Customer Service approach Key Results: Effective implementation of training programs Increase customer satisfaction through shared customer experiences in sales and service. Required skills, qualifications and experience: You have completed a higher professional education (HBO) or university degree, or have demonstrably academic thinking and working skills. Proficiency in French, Flemish and English. Chinese language skill is an advantage You have strong communication skills and know how to build and maintain relationships. You work independently, proactively, and are results-oriented.
