JOB SUMMARY

Luxury small cruise operator seek a home-based Sales & Travel Consultant to respond to direct calls for information and booking. You would be an experienced in the travel industry and used to dealing with high end clients. On the product side you would tailor make itineraries building in flights and pre and post cruise offerings.
Can be UK or Europe based with flexible hours and a good package.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in the cruise, hotel or hospitality industry is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and booking software relevant to the travel industry.
  • A passion for travel and a desire to help others create memorable experiences.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and preferences.
