POSITION SUMMARY

This is a hybrid role combining retail sales and warehouse operations. You’ll help customers find the perfect furniture, appliances, and electronics, while also supporting back-end functions like receiving, staging, and prepping orders for delivery.

SALES FLOOR (APPROX. 60% OF ROLE):

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting products based on their needs
• Provide product knowledge and upsell based on promotions or bundles
• Process sales, financing applications, and issue receipts
• Maintain showroom appearance and merchandising standards

WAREHOUSE (APPROX. 40% OF ROLE):

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments
• Prepare orders for pickup or delivery
• Assist with warehouse organization and cleanliness
• Load/unload customer and delivery vehicles safely
