Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales/Warranty Administrator to join Lloyd Volvo/KIA based in Levens.
Salary: £11.75 Per Hour
Hours: 32 hours per week - flexible working hours will be considered.

Responsibilities

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

This is a dual-role position to support the team when required, candidates will collaborate closely with the Sales team, covering both Sales and Warranty responsibilities.

Sales Administration Role Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Sales Executives and Sales Management to process vehicle invoices, tax cars and register warranty information on vehicles.
  • Help Sales Executives with ownership changes, used car taxing and cherished plate transfers.
  • Ensure all customer data and vehicle records are kept up-to-date, accurate and secure in line with GDPR requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and clean vehicle stock books and reconciling month end reports.
  • Be competent in registering new vehicles using government RAV (formerly AFRL) systems.
  • Be comfortable in managing a high volume of transactions and prioritising workloads.
  • Work with other internal and external retailers to process vehicle transfers and new vehicle swaps.
  • Work with Sales Management to provide specification details and transfer the correct paperwork with vehicles being traded at auction.

WARRANTY ADMINISTRATOR ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure all administrative functions within the warranty department are carried out in accordance with company policy.
  • Review warranty reporting systems with the line manager to identify improvements where possible.
  • Administer warranty policy in the best interests of the retailer, manufacturer and customer.
  • To keep accurate records of warranty submissions, credits, rejections and customer contributions towards goodwill claims.
  • Ensure that all frontline staff complete records correctly when warranty is diagnosed on a vehicle.
  • Maintain relationships with other staff members, specialist repairers and manufacturers’ representatives.
  • Inform all relevant staff of forthcoming recall campaigns and changes in warranty / goodwill / repair procedure.
  • Maintain knowledge on all warranty procedures and documentation. Support other staff members on all warranty related matters.
