JOB DESCRIPTION – SALES WELLNESS EXECUTIVE
Department: Marketing & Business Development
Working Hours: 48 hours per week (excluding breaks)
Location: Dubai
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Sales Wellness Executive is responsible for engaging with prospective clients, handling inbound and outbound leads, and converting them into clinic visits and consultations. This role is crucial in driving patient acquisition and revenue growth through persuasive communication, empathetic counseling, and strong customer relationship management.
As the first point of contact, the Sales Wellness Executive plays a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional client experience that reflects Eternell’s values of care, trust, and service excellence.
· Multilingual abilities (English, Arabic, Hindi, etc.) are an added advantage.
Convert leads into confirmed clinic appointments through persuasive and empathetic counseling.
Achieve and maintain high lead-to-appointment conversion ratios.
Client Relationship Management
Understand client health and wellness needs through preliminary discussions.
Meet and greet clients at the clinic, ensuring a warm, professional experience.
Handle client queries, concerns, or conflicts with empathy and professionalism.
Database & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
Track client journey from lead to consultation, ensuring timely updates.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on lead conversion, pipeline progress, and revenue contribution.
Collaboration & Service Excellence
Work closely with the marketing and clinic teams to align on client acquisition strategies.
Uphold Eternell’s grooming standards and telephone etiquette as part of the Service Excellence framework.
Actively contribute to the achievement of clinic revenue and client satisfaction goals.
Key Skills & Competencies
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (warm, persuasive, empathetic).
· Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a service-oriented mindset.
· Ability to handle objections and convert hesitant leads into appointments.
· Organized, proactive, and target-driven with strong follow-up skills.
· Passionate about health, wellness, and patient care.
· Team player with a positive and professional attitude.
· Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Marketing, Psychology, or related field (preferred).
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in wellness centers, clinics, or healthcare sales roles.
· Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales or conversion targets.
· Multilingual abilities (English, Arabic, Hindi, etc.) are an added advantage.
· Daily/weekly leads contacted.
· Lead-to-appointment conversion rate.
· Appointment attendance rate.
· Revenue generated from converted clients.
