JOB SUMMARY

We are an engineering company based in Rotherwas & are looking for an experienced sales & workshop administrator to join our team. The role is key to the smooth running of the workshop which is central to our business. By the very nature of the repair business we are in, many jobs are urgent and the position requires someone who can appreciate the urgency of jobs for customers & play their part to ensure the jobs are finished as soon as possible to meet our customer expectations.
We are looking for someone who enjoys multi-tasking and keeping many balls in the air at one time when we are very busy, just as much as being self-motivated and keeping on top of general administration when we are less busy.

Responsibilities
  • Customer liaison
  • Quoting for jobs, following up, ordering parts

    This isn’t a training role – we’re after someone who’s been a Sales Admin before (ideally for 2+ years), knows what good admin & being organised looks like, & enjoys being part of a small team.
