OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Manager/Yard Manager. Must have over 10 years experience in sales plus to oversee the daily operations of our yard. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of yard activities, maintaining safety standards, and supervising staff.

SKILLS

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a yard.
  • Strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal skills to manage a diverse team.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to yard operations.
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in managing inventory and equipment.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Proficient in using yard management software and basic computer applications.
