JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Seller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by promoting and selling products/services to customers. As a Seller, you will engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions that meet their requirements while achieving company sales goals. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong customer relationship management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

  • Experience: Proven track record in sales, with 3 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in hospitality industry/restaurant).
  • Skills:
  • Fluent in English.
  • Must have own motorbike.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred).
  • Certifications (optional): Sales certifications or relevant training may be advantageous.
Responsibilities
  • Sales & Revenue Generation: Proactively engage with potential and existing customers to promote and sell products/services, meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups, addressing inquiries, and offering solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, benefits, and pricing to effectively communicate value propositions and guide customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Handle negotiations, overcome objections, and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to identify new sales opportunities and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Order Processing: Accurately input customer orders, process payments, and coordinate with the operations team for order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Customer Service: Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction, handle any concerns or returns, and build long-term relationships for repeat business.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance; prepare reports for management as required.
