Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

This individual will deliver a centralized marketing reporting dashboard to provide full insight into all aspects of marketing strategy impact on business KPIs. This role is responsible for ensuring system availability and optimal performance of the Salesforce platform, reducing manual processes through strategic automation and workflow implementation, and maintaining data accuracy and completeness. As part of the function, this individual will decrease ticket resolution time by implementing self-service solutions and maintaining up-to-date documentation. This individual will also support revenue growth by optimizing sales processes and providing actionable insights through reports and dashboards. This role is required to achieve a user satisfaction rate of 90% or higher through responsive support and effective training programs

  • Manage user accounts, security settings, and permission sets while ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies – 5%
  • Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, and validation rules – 5%
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and automation tools to improve business processes – 15%

WHAT YOU’VE DONE

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201), preferably in focused on Marketing functions
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience administering Salesforce
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and security protocols
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration, including workflows, process builder, and validation rules
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
    Job Types: Part-time, Contract
