Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Salesforce Admin will assist and serve as the technical owner of the CRM (Salesforce) platform ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business needs. This role closely collaborates with Sales, Finance and Customer teams to enhance productivity and streamline processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Troubleshooting and Support: Provide timely troubleshooting and support for Salesforce and other integrated tools. Manage day-to-day configuration, maintenance, and improvement of the platform, including developing and deploying new processes and enhancements.
  • Data Management and Maintenance: Maintain data accuracy and consistencies through regular audits, cleansing, and deduplication. Manage data imports, updates, and backups. Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including bug fixes and performance optimization.
  • Solution Design and Implementation: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate needs into Salesforce solutions, and implement scalable, efficient processes and integrations.
  • Cross functional support: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance to gather change requirements.
  • Quality Assurance and release: Assist in the testing, deployment and post-release support of new functionality and ensure the business needs are met and delivered in accordance with business specifications.
  • CRM Maintenance: Assist in data imports/exports and maintain integrations to SFDC and other integrated systems or tools.
