Description
As a Salesforce Admin at Global Finance Teams, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce environment to support our sales and operational processes. You will work closely with sales and operational teams to ensure that Salesforce meets their needs and enhances productivity. Key Responsibilities Manage Salesforce user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions. Design and implement Salesforce workflows, process builders, and approval processes to automate business processes. Provide training and support to users to maximize their efficiency and usage of Salesforce. Conduct regular data audits and ensure data integrity and accuracy across the platform. Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance and operational metrics. Collaborate with other teams to gather requirements and implement changes to the Salesforce environment as needed. Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and new features to continuously improve system capabilities. Qualifications Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a deep understanding of Salesforce CRM capabilities. Salesforce Admin Certification is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to train and support end users. Experience with Salesforce reports, dashboards, workflows, and process automation. Familiarity with data import/export tools and data integrity best practices. Knowledge of Salesforce AppExchange and third-party tools and apps. Willing to work remotely and flexible to accommodate US time zones.
