Responsibilities

THE ROLE

Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Operations Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales and marketing teams. You will be responsible for optimising processes, managing tools, analysing data, and enabling both teams to execute strategies that align with our business goals. You’ll ensure that all operational aspects of both functions run smoothly, working closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, finance, and IT.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Day-to-day management of Salesforce (SFDC) (user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks), ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, AirCall and other software.
  • Assist in customising SFDC to meet changing business requirements.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for new and existing users to enhance their understanding and usage of Salesforce.
  • Build and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules and automation to support lead management, pipeline tracking and customer lifecycle processes.
  • Monitor system health, performance and usage to proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Develop and refine dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights into revenue performance.
  • Manage data imports, exports and cleansing to ensure accuracy across the revenue funnel.
  • Provide support for all sales and marketing tools.
  • Manage our data in SFDC to increase data quality, GDPR compliance and target ICP.
  • Be the first point of call for Sales to support lead generation in SFDC, supporting day-to-day for Salesforce users, troubleshooting issues and providing guidance and best practices.
