Your tasks

They are the central contact person for Salesforce and support colleagues in its use.
They are planning the introduction in service, application engineering, project area and concept department as well as at international ATN locations.
They take in requirements from the specialist departments and implement practical solutions.
They set up users, access, fields, pages, validation rules, simple workflows, and reports.
They ensure data quality and oversee imports and data cleansing.
They coordinate system connections, tests and new versions with IT and external partners.
They build a network of key users and create training courses and manuals in German and English. They keep track of deadlines, costs, and quality.

Your profile

A completed apprenticeship, university degree, or comparable professional experience. Training in digitalization management, business administration, or IT is particularly suitable.
Practical experience with CRM systems and in at least one of these areas: project coordination, process improvement, software support, key user work or CRM and ERP administration.
Understanding of operational processes, data and access rights, as well as a structured, reliable way of working.
The ability to gather requirements, moderate workshops, and communicate knowledge clearly.
Excellent German and English skills and enjoyment of working with international colleagues.
