Role Overview: We are seeking a full-time Salesforce Administrator to support and enhance our business systems with a primary focus on the Salesforce platform. This role reports directly to and works closely with Datacor’s Salesforce Platform Architect, supporting solution design, configuration, and continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform as well as related business systems. Responsibilities: Build and maintain Salesforce Flows and automation under architectural guidance Develop solutions to improve system efficiency, scalability, and data quality Create and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards aligned with business metrics. Perform data imports, updates, and cleanup efforts Support data governance and platform standards defined by the Salesforce Architect Provide user support and guidance for Salesforce users Create and maintain documentation as needed such as requirements, process flows diagrams, and training materials Support user onboarding and adoption initiatives Support change management activities including testing, documentation, and communication Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, a related field or equivalent experience 2–3 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst, Salesforce Administrator, or similar role Ability to work closely with senior technical leadership (Salesforce Architect) Salesforce Administrator Certification Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or ticket-based delivery environments Experience working with Sales and Service Clouds Experience in Salesforce declarative automation (e.g. Screen, record-triggered, auto launched flows) Advanced understanding of relational data models Advanced skillset utilizing spreadsheet applications like MS Excel or Google Sheets Experience with Salesforce Data loader and other 3rd party data migration tools Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification (or interest in pursuing Revenue Cloud) Advanced Administrator Certification Baseline understanding of Quote-to-Cash lifecycle for subscription-based product offering Experience working with Jira Software and Jira Service Experience working with integrations, ETL tools, iPaaS, and/or data migrations with complex data-models Ability to read or understand Apex and/or Javascript Key Competencies: Strong collaboration and business stakeholder communication skills Very strong and deliberate attention to detail Ability to balance multiple priorities and requests Highly curious with an never-stop-learning mindset Please submit your resume in English.
