This achievement underscores our commitment to fostering a culture that values passion, dedication, and collaboration across our entire organization.   Position Overview We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator with 3–5 years of hands-on experience to support and enhance our Salesforce environment across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Knowledge. This role is ideal for an admin who is comfortable configuring solutions, building automation with Salesforce Flow, supporting integrations, and partnering with business stakeholders to improve CRM processes. The successful candidate will work independently on well-scoped initiatives, help troubleshoot and resolve system issues, and contribute to ongoing improvements in data quality, security, and user adoption. This is a growth-oriented role with exposure to more advanced automation, integrations, and enterprise Salesforce practices. Key Responsibilities * Administer and enhance our Salesforce environment across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Knowledge * Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce configurations and solutions * Configure and maintain Salesforce features including: * Page layouts, record types, custom objects, fields, and dynamic forms * Build and maintain Salesforce Flows, including: * Screen flows and record-triggered flows * Use of assignments, decision elements, and basic loops * Scheduled automation (as experience allows) * Support and maintain Salesforce security models, including: * Profiles and permission sets * Object- and field-level security * Sharing rules (experience with Sharing Sets a plus) * Assist with data modeling and management, including: * Lookup and master-detail relationships * Junction objects (with guidance as needed) * Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues, escalating complex problems appropriately and assisting with root cause analysis * Support and maintain integrations with third-party systems such as DocuSign, HubSpot, and SharePoint * Participate in deployment and release processes, following established best practices (experience with Gearset is a plus) * Maintain system documentation and provide support and training to end users * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve CRM usability, data quality, and adoption Required Qualifications * 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience * Salesforce Administrator Certification (Required) * Experience working with: * Sales Cloud and Service Cloud * Experience Cloud and Knowledge (hands-on or exposure) * Working proficiency with Salesforce Flow (screen flows, record-triggered flows, assignments, basic loops) * Experience configuring Salesforce security using profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules * Ability to troubleshoot common Salesforce issues and work independently on well-scoped tasks * Understanding of Salesforce data models, including lookup and master-detail relationships * Experience supporting integrations or working alongside integration partners * Strong organizational and communication skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment   Preferred Qualifications * Experience with CRM Analytics * Exposure to Gearset or other deployment tools * Experience working in larger or more complex Salesforce orgs * Interest in continued growth toward senior admin or solution-focused roles   Benefits  * Company subsidized Medical, Dental, and Vision Care benefits * HSA Plan * Short-term and Long-term Disability * Company-paid AD&D and Life Insurance  * Competitive Pay  * 401k plan  * Unlimited PTO  * Flexible and innovative work environment  Bridgepointe Technologies, LLC is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
