As we expand our Salesforce ecosystem, we’re looking for a talented Salesforce Administrator to help drive our mission forward.

POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our team and help manage, enhance, and expand our Salesforce environment. This is a mid-level position requiring 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience. While not required, preference will be given to candidates with experience in Salesforce Health Cloud.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving system enhancements, leading project-based work, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve business processes through Salesforce. You will partner with stakeholders across the company to deliver scalable solutions that support our growing operations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

· 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
· Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations
· Experience with declarative tools like Flow, Process Builder, and validation rules
· Ability to gather requirements, design solutions, and communicate clearly with stakeholders
· Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

· Excellent organization and time management in a remote work setting

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, administration, and automation tools (Github, Snaplogic, Azure DevOps)
· Proven experience delivering enhancements and projects in Salesforce on tight deadlines
· Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
· Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
· Adaptable to a fast-paced, growing company
· Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud.
· Additional Salesforce certifications (Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, etc.).
· Experience with project management or agile methodologies.
· Prior experience supporting teams in healthcare, health tech, or related industries.

Responsibilities

· · Manage Salesforce projects through the software development lifecycle and adhering to deadlines and quality standards
· Design and implement org enhancements, including custom fields, objects, flows, and automation to improve business processes.
· Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics that provide insights into key business metrics.
· Ensure data quality and integrity through governance practices and proactive data management strategies.
· Manage release cycles, coordinate sandbox testing, and oversee deployment of new features and functionality.
· Stay current with Salesforce releases and new features, recommending and implementing enhancements that align with company goals.
· Contribute to documentation, training, and enablement to ensure users can fully leverage Salesforce capabilities.
· Assist with system automation as required

· Develop Visualforce, Apex, and other programmatic solutions as needed
