Description
Salesforce Administrator / Developer Avantra is looking for a Salesforce Administrator / Developer to be proactive and take ownership of our Salesforce ecosystem and its critical integrations. You are the "Product Owner" of our revenue tech stack. You will be responsible for the health, scalability, and integrity of the systems that power our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. Your goal is to ensure that our GTM processes are seamlessly automated and our data is board-ready, allowing the Head of RevOps to focus on growth strategy rather than system troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities System Ownership & Governance: Own the day-to-day configuration and long-term health of Salesforce (Sales Cloud). You aren't just doing field updates; you are managing the logic of how data flows through the system. Integration Management: Own the "plumbing" between Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesloft and Gong. You are responsible for ensuring the bidirectional syncs are error-free and that data parity is maintained across all platforms. Advanced Flow Automation: Support complex Salesforce Flows. You will maintain the lead-to-revenue lifecycle, including activity tracking, contact role automation, and routing logic. Data Integrity & Hygiene: Act as the gatekeeper of our data. Implement automated cleansing, deduplication, and validation rules. You will manage the Data Dictionary and ensure that our reporting "Source of Truth" is ironclad. Process Documentation: Build and maintain the "System Bible." You believe that if a process or automation isn't documented, it doesn't exist. You will ensure that our GTM architecture is transparent and easy to navigate. Marketing Ops Alignment: Partner with Marketing to maintain ABM tracking frameworks, marketing influence status, and lead-to-account matching logic. Technical Support for GTM: Partner with Sales and Marketing to translate business requirements into technical solutions. You don't just "take orders"—you recommend the most efficient way to build a process. Requirements The Operator: You have 5+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with a proven track record of "owning" the platform for a scaling B2B company. Flow Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce Flow is a must. You should be comfortable building complex, high-volume automations. Marketing Ops Fluency: Deep understanding of the HubSpot-to-Salesforce lifecycle and ABM tracking frameworks. Revenue Cloud (RCA) Experience (A Plus): Familiarity with Salesforce Revenue Cloud, CPQ, or complex product bundling/amendments is a significant advantage. The "No-Admin" Mindset: You move beyond simple record updates to think about system-wide impact, scalability, and technical debt.
