Description

As our Salesforce Administrator, you’ll manage, develop, and support the system that powers our core CRM, case management, and sales processes, and your work will ensure our teams have the tools they need to deliver an outstanding experience to our customers.
You’ll be working closely with users across the business to optimise how we use the platform. Managing and supporting the Salesforce user community, you’ll ensure they have the right access, training, and support to get the most out of the system. This will include setting up new users and overseeing the Joiners/Movers/Leavers process.
You’ll keep the platform secure, efficient, and up to date, and you’ll configure, build, and test new features, making sure changes meet business needs. You’ll manage system integrations and ensure that updates in other parts of our tech stack don’t disrupt Salesforce operations, and you’ll always be looking for ways to improve how we use Salesforce - whether it’s implementing best practices, creating reports and dashboards, or optimising data storage.
When issues arise, you’ll manage tickets escalated from 1st line support, work with third-party partners on complex problems, and liaise with Salesforce support when needed. You’ll track system performance, monitor usage, and gathering user feedback, and you’ll also prepare users for new Salesforce releases and identify opportunities to automate business processes, making sure the platform evolves to support our growth.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TEAM:

We’re looking for someone with experience in a similar position, ideally with a Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification.
You’ll have a strong understanding of contact centre operations and technology with extensive experience managing and maintaining Salesforce systems, performing upgrades, and ensuring smooth integrations with other platforms.
You’ll need to be confident working with Salesforce databases, with an eye for data integrity and reporting, and able to understand business priorities and make smart decisions about what to focus on. You should also be comfortable managing relationships with third-party partners to ensure the platform operates smoothly.
