Backed by 200+ industry experts, our people, technology, and innovation set us above from the competition. We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join our Finance Operations team. In this exciting and newly created role, the Salesforce Administrator’s purpose is to ensure the Salesforce platform is effectively configured, maintained, and optimised to support business processes and the team’s needs. As a Salesforce Administrator, your responsibilities will include: Design and implement a data archiving strategy for records older than seven years to support system clean-up and alleviate storage constraints. Lead data migration initiatives into Salesforce Data Cloud, ensuring accuracy and security throughout the process. Configure and maintain the Salesforce platform, including system updates and performance optimization. Provide user support and deliver training programs in collaboration with the Learning & Development team to enhance adoption and proficiency. Manage data integrity and develop insightful reports to support business decision-making. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and optimize system efficiency. Oversee integration and application management, ensuring seamless connectivity across business systems. What we're looking for 2–4+ years’ experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar CRM role. Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, workflows, flows, and security model and a proactive approach to system improvement Experience building reports, dashboards, and custom objects. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical users.
